John Busacker
John Busacker is president of INVENTURE, a global leadership-consulting firm, and founder of Life-Worth, LLC, a pioneer in holistic financial advice. He is a member of the Duke Corporate Education Global Learning Resource Network and is on the faculty of the University of Minnesota Carlson School's Executive Development Center.
His travels have taken him to six continents to work with leading organizations such as Medtronic, CJ Corporation of South Korea, Ameriprise, PwC, the Good Samaritan Foundation, Thrivent Financial, the Mayo Clinic, Boston Children's Hospital Trust, Weyerhaeuser Corporation, Northwestern Mutual, Calvert Investments, and The Pastoral Leadership Institute International.
John released his first book, 8 Questions God Can't Answer, which unlocks the profound power of Jesus' time-less questions, in 2009. He annually teaches in a variety of emerging faith communities and supports the development needs of indigenous leaders through PLI-International.
John is the author of Life-Based Financial Planning™, a leading-edge system for aligning finances with life values and personal purpose, and architect of STEWARDshift™, an innovative guide to generous living. As a commentator on life/work issues, John has written for or been cited in The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Minneapolis Star Tribune, Research magazine, and Experience Life magazine. John is an avid explorer, occasional marathoner, and novice cyclist. He and his wife, Carol, live in Minneapolis and have two adult sons, Brett and Joshua.
