Can I download a mail order form?
Mail order forms are not available online. To mail or fax an order, please include the product name, the quantity requested, and payment information. For mail orders, please include either a check for the total amount or a Visa or Mastercard number, expiration date, and signature. Email to [email protected], or fax to (425) 775-2383.
Can I purchase a gift certificate online?
Yes, gift certificates for YWAM Publishing can be purchased online, just type in Gift Certificate in the Search box located in the right-hand corner of our website. You can also call us at 1-800-922-2143 to purchase a gift certificate.
What if I have an out-of-stock item in my order?
Should you request an item that is temporarily out of stock, the remainder of your order will be promptly shipped and YWAM Publishing will notify you of the estimated ship date of the out-of-date product. You will not be charged for the backordered item until it is shipped.
Can you special-order something for me?
We are able to handle most special order requests. If you are looking for a product you cannot locate on our website, call us at 1-800-922-2143 and let us know.
How can I cancel all or part of an order?

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington state.

What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express, as well as and check and money order payments. We are unable to accept checks for website orders.
Can I be billed? Do you do C.O.D.?
Payment must accompany all orders. No orders will be shipped out until payment has been received.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Orders received on weekdays are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders received on weekends, including Friday evening, are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Will you charge me immediately if I place an order for something that's backordered?
Backordered items will not be charged until they are shipped, unless is it a weborder.
Do you offer additional discounts?

Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?
All orders are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will accept a return as long as the product is in resaleable condition. We give credit for the product's purchase price, not any shipping costs, unless we made an error when shipping the product to you. In that case shipping costs will also be reimbursed. We accept returns up to 60 (sixty) days from the date of the order.
How long will it take to an order replaced?
Replacement orders are processed within 24 hours.
Why do you ask for my e-mail address?
E-mail allows us to serve our customers better by getting information out quickly and efficiently. We offer promotional e-mails as a service to our customers. We will send you e-mails periodically listing current specials and deals. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive these notifications. If you would prefer not to receive this type of e-mail from us, please send a message to [email protected] and include the word "unsubscribe" in the subject field. We will be happy to remove you from our list.
Why do you ask for my phone number when I order? My phone number is unlisted; do I have to give it to you?
As with e-mail addresses, we know that some people are hesitant to divulge their telephone number over the World Wide Web. But we care about your privacy. We assure you that we will only use your telephone number to verify information about your order or to update you on any potential problems. We absolutely will not rent out your phone number, make it public information, or give it out under any circumstances.
